History:
Lisette was born in Point Pleasant, New Jersey. She was born in to a musical family, her father was a music composer who worked mostly with the local theater, writing music pieces for plays and such. Her mother also worked at the theater, mainly she just helped her husband, playing various instruments for the shows. Which was actually where mr and mrs Drake met. Though her father was several years older than her mother, which actually caused a lot of friction between their families. You may think a few years doesn't matter, but Kate, Lis's mother, was only sixteen when she met Edward, who at the time was twentythree. But they fell in love so they didn't much care what their families thought. But a year later they were married, and not just for love - Kate was pregnant. Yep, she was pregnant and married at seventeen to a man who was twentyfour. But she was happy, they both were. And after Lisette was born they would bring her to the theater with them, which was where our Lisettes interest in music comes from. Though she never had guts to get up on my stage and so she decided to stay behind the scenes.
Throughout high school Lisette was involved in the school plays and talent shows, all that kind of stuff. Though in high school she wasn't half the girl she is now. She was actually rather shy and quiet and so never auditioned for the shows, even though she can sing relatively well and play piano. Instead she decided to stay behind the curtains and manage the shows, direct plays, organise the talent shows. She enjoyed that and she was actually very good at it. She carried on her hobby of helping out at the shows and such. It was when she was a senior her bestfriends band asked her to help manage them and she agreed. And so Lisette managed the band, organising their gigs and setting up interviews with the school paper, all that buff. And that was when she realised this would be the perfect job for her - she could be involved with music even though she couldn't bring herself to make it herself. So managing the band was perfect. Though of course this was only temporary, the band was never going to go the whole way, they were just a garage band who lived next door to her. But they had helped her get some experience.
And so eventually Lisette made it to college, majoring in management and taking various minors in music related classes. And thankfully for all involved she excelled in her classes. Doing as well as she could hope for. She spent a lot of time travelling to New York when she was at college and in her early twenties, mainly she went to see gigs and for the live bands. She had found during college she truly enjoyed live music, yet another factor that set her down the road of her current career choice. Eitherway, once she graduated she moved to New York and started to look for work, starting off with a company that helped bands find themselves a manager and thus - finding Lisette her first job. Though seeing how well she'll do at it and it waits to be seen how well she can handle a band as explosive as her current one.
Personality:
Lisette is a very focused and hard working girl. She always rates herself on how well she does a job and so if she does it badly she can't bare it, which is both a curse and a gift. It means she'll put her 100% in to it, yet if something goes wrong, even something outside of her control she will blame herself. This can lead to her scrapping an entire idea/creation/whatever and start all over again, even if that means she spends 72 hours awake until it's finished and perfected. Which yeah, is somewhat bad for her health. But that doesn't happen all that often as she'll take extreme interest in her jobs and all, making sure nothing can go wrong.
Outside of her work life Lisette is a rather shy and retiring person. Don't get me wrong, she loves a party as much as the next person but she won't be one of those girl who needs to be the center of attention. She will most likely to be found sat on the sofa, sipping a cold beer and watching her friends and acqaintences make fools of themselves. She finds the mating ritual that her friends seem to all try their hand at when drunk is hilarious. She finds nothing more repulsive than being hit on by a guy so drunk he can't even walk in a straight line. Thus why she tends to avoid that all together. Lis does date but she's not found anyone in recent times to try and get close to. She's a bit fussy when it comes to the opposite sex.
In a general sense Lisette is very nice, outgoing and all round rather professional girl. She is completely loyal to her friends and family and will do anything to protect them. Though this occasionally extends to people she works with and such. She does have a bit of self loathing going on, finding herself far from who she wants to be but she tends to keep that to herself and doesn't let others know what goes in her head. Which means she does come of as a bit secretive and even, on occasion, mysterious. Though she's not worried about that in the slightest.
