The year is 2004 and mutants have just come into focus for the world. Humans fear what they don't understand and mutants fear the humans for the groups that they have created to eradicate mutants. The once great Charles Xavier, who fought for mutants and humans to live together, was murdered by rebel humans who found out what he was. The school was left abadoned, leaving all the students with no place to go. So they went their separate ways, trying to live normal lives.
The Sentinel Program was created to seek out and destroy all mutants. It was a big success, though there were those who managed to hide what they were and remain hidden.
Four Years Pass ....
After nearly four years in hiding, the mutants have decided that it's time to fight back. Several groups have formed out of the disbanded mutants. The X-Men, students and pupils of the late Charles Xavier, have returned to the school (under Beast) to train a new generation of mutants known as X-Factor. The Brotherhood is back and still up to no good. But the group the worries humans and mutants alike is Homo Superior, a radical group that wishes to eradicate all humans and any mutants who will not join them.
Each group believes that they will succeed, but is there hope for the world? Will the X-Men and the X-Factor succeed in making peace between mutants and humans? Or will the Brotherhood and Homo Surperior be the victors, leaving all humans dead in their path? There's only one way to know and that's to ...
