[/blockquote]in a big city such as new york, anything can happen. your dream can come true, or your worst nightmare. one minute things are looking up, the next minute things are looking down. you're sad, you're happy. you're crying, you're laughing. in one person's life, things are never settled. whether it be a big or a little problem, it doesn't matter. especially here. here things are always far from settled; chaotic, if you will. lies are always being told, rumors are always being spread, and betrayal is constantly occurring. there's people just waiting to find out all your dirty little secrets, so they can share it with the world. either it be for their own amusement, or personal reasons. people are ruthless. just when you feel big, somebody's going to make you feel small. it sucks, i know, but it's just the way this world works.
if you wanna survive in this city, i suggest you stand tall. don't let anybody catch you when you're vulnerable, and don't let things get to your head. watch your back, and keep an eye out for those of who you hold dear. make the only person you trust yourself. i highly recommend that you don't tell anybody anything that could potentially ruin your life. you never know, shit happens.trust me, i know this better than anyone.
